In the instant notices of motion, the applicants/appellants are seeking condonation of delay occurred in presenting the appeal. It is informed that initially when Appeal bearing No.734 of 2012 in Company Petition No. 266 of 2006 was presented, certain objection has been raised by the registry. In view thereof, three separate appeals have been presented.
There appears to be a technical delay in presenting separate appeals, which deserves to be condoned in the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated in the affidavit in support of motion. For the reasons as recorded above, the above notices of motion are allowed. The delay occurred in presenting all the three appeals stand condoned.
