As far as the prayer for adjudication of the claims is concerned, this Court has passed an order today in the companion OLR, namely, OLR No.350 of 2016, appointing a Chartered Accountant for adjudicating the claims. Hence, no separate order needs to be passed in this Company Application. The Company Application is disposed of accordingly.
