learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner at the outset makes a statement that in view of the recent guidelines issued by the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and guidelines issued by the State Government, the Corporation has started processing the Petitioner's application for further commencement certificate. In that view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one as and when need arises. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
