The parties may resort to proviso to sub-section (2) of section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 seeking the directions about provisionally accepting the change. The Petitioner and/or interested party can seek further reliefs with regard to the prayers made in present Writ Petition also. 2.

All contentions are kept open.
