Heard. The Chamber Summons is filed seeking leave to amend the petition. The amendment is necessitated by the happening of events subsequent to the filing of petition. In that view of the matter, and for the reasons stated in affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, we allow this Chamber Summons in terms of prayer clause (a).
