The grievance of the Petitioners is that despite the directions being given by this Court to decide the representation within a time bound period period, the same is not yet decided so far. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 2 submits that 1 / 2

CONPW. 83, 87 - 15 some additional time may be granted to the Corporation to decide the representation. As a last chance the period is extended by 8 weeks. No further extensions will be granted. Both the contempt petitions are accordingly disposed of.
