A perusal of the report indicate that the Official Liquidator has made as much as 18 attempts to sell the movable and immovable assets of the company in liquidation by publishing an advertisement in the newspaper as well as by displaying the said notice on the Notice Boards of this Hon'ble Court and the office of the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator seeks permission to make another attempt to sell the movable and immovable assets of the company in liquidation. I have perused the averments made in the report of the official liquidator. 2.
