Mr.Rashid Khan for the applicant states he has no objection if people who are in occupation i.e., M/s.Amin Noorali Rangara, Mr.Nizar Rangara, Mr.Malik Rangara and Mrs.Daulatben Rangara are appointed as agents of the Court Receiver instead of the applicant. 2.

In view thereof, these 4 persons are appointed as agents of the Court Receiver and they shall, within 3 weeks from today, sign the KJ

2/2 1.CRR44.19.doc Agency Agreement with the Court Receiver. All amounts payable by Rangaras shall be paid to the Court Receiver. 3.

In view of this order, I see no reason why Court Receiver should take physical possession back from Mr.Jain and hand over to Rangara. The possession is transferred to Rangara. 4.

Accordingly Report stands disposed. Prayer clause-(c) is also granted.
