Heard. The learned counsel for the claimant submits that as per earlier order they tried to serve both the respondents by hand delivery. When they tried to serve the respondents, they learnt that they are not residing at the address given in the cause title of the Notice. To that effect, the claimant has filed an Affidavit of service dated 05.12.2017. Same is taken on record.

Considering these facts, following order is passed:

a.

The claimant to provide present correct address of both the respondents on an affidavit in the Registry on or before 06.01.2018.

If present correct address of both the respondents is provided on an affidavit on or before 06.01.2018, liberty granted to the claimant to carry out appropriate amendment in the cause title of the Notice and the Execution Application on or before 12.01.2018.

c.

If the addresses are provided and amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Registry is directed to issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 16.02.2018.

d.

The claimant is permitted to serve the respondents on its new address along with the entire proceedings either by hand delivery, registered post or courier and file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before the next date. e.

If present correct address is not provided on an affidavit on or before 06.01.2018, the matter shall dismissed without further reference to the court.
