In view of the innocuous nature of the prayers made in the Petition, we do not think it necessary to issue notice to the Respondents.

The Respondents are therefore, directed to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 2nd September, 2013, if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six weeks from the date on which the order of this Court is produced before the Respondents by the Petitioner. The Petition is disposed of.
