This chamber summons is to implead the respondent as party defendant. The counsel for the plaintiffs/applicants tenders an affidavit of one Amol Pawar affirmed on 14th September 2016 in which it is stated that respondent and the defendants have been served. Apart from defendant no.4, none of the defendants or the respondent are present today. The respondent has also not filed any affidavit opposing the application. At the same time, when I considered the affidavit in support, there is nothing stated in the application as to why the respondent is necessary party in the suit.
