This Chamber Summons is filed by the Plaintiffs for amendment to the Plaint to add two minors Mariam Aslam Karanjia and Anaya Aslam Karanjia, both daughters of Defendant No.1 as Defendants Nos. 3 and 4 to the Suit. They have sought to be joined through their father, Defendant No.1.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
