It is stated that the money deposited by Respondent No.5 with Respondent No.7 Association is in the process of being distributed amongst the members of Respondent No.7 Association. Prima facie, we do not find such distribution in any manner hampering Petitioners' any of the contentions. However, by way of abundant caution, it is provided that such distribution would be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners and would not create any equity in favour of any of SSP 1/2

The parties shall file Affidavits-in Reply in the main Petition latest within three weeks from today.
