After hearing both sides, we find that the petitioner cannot dictate to the Municipal Corporation, much less to this court about the shifting of utilities. Some of the utilities are WC Block and Police Chowki. Further, there is a garbage machine as well. The Municipal Corporation authorities will require time to relocate or shift such utilities. Further, before undertaking monsoon work, the drainage and water mains also would have to be relocated, if so advised. Such being the nature of the utilities, we cannot accede to Mr.Pawar's request that a very short time or duration should be prescribed for removal or shifting of the same. J.V.Salunke,P.S.

We grant time to the Municipal Corporation to do the needful and that be done on or before 30th June, 2019. 3.

With the consent of parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
