This petition is filed on the basis that respondent has committed breach of the ad-interim orders passed by this court. At the same time, counsel for petitioner states that the suit has already been decreed. Therefore, the orders passed before the suit was decreed has merged with the final decree. The counsel for petitioner further states that petitioner has already commenced execution proceedings. Therefore, nothing remains in the petition.
