The Notice of Motion has been served. It is for restoration of the Suit which was dismissed by an order dated 19th January 2016. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Suit (L) No. 1068 of 2015 is restored to file. 3.

All office objections to be removed on or before 7th April 2016. In default, the Suit will stand finally dismissed without

It appears that an ad-interim order was passed on 15th October 2015. Before I can reinstate that order, the Plaintiffs will have to give notice of restoration of the Suit and of this order to the Defendants.

Notice of Motion (L) No. 2813 of 2015 is also restored to file. List Notice of Motion (L) No. 2813 of 2015 for directions on 11th April 2016.

The Advocates for the Plaintiffs, upon complying with the office objections, will give notice to the Defendants that the matter will be listed on the supplementary board on 11th April 2016. An ordinary copy of this order will also be forwarded by the Advocates for the Plaintiffs to the Defendants.
