Mr. Deshpande, Court Receiver has filed a report bearing no.38 of 2017 in which it is stated that only one bid has been received for the flat alongwith stilt car parking for Rs.58 lakhs.

I have checked the valuation and the valuation is higher than this amount. The offerer - Mr. Vali Mohammed Mohammed Isak increased his offer to Rs.61 lakhs. The valuation report has been put back in a sealed cover and the same to be retained by the Court Receiver in his safe custody. Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 2.CRR-38-2017.doc The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendant/caveator state that the flat should fetch minimum of Rs.80 lakhs. The counsel also jointly request that fresh notice to be issued by the Court Receiver inviting the bids. The counsel state that the charges for the fresh notice will be paid by the plaintiff. Mr. Vali Mohammed Mohammed Isak is present in court and states that he does not wish to increase his offer beyond Rs.61 lakhs and requests that the earnest money deposited by him to be returned. The Court Receiver to return the earnest money deposit. Should the parties wish to advertise the availability of the flat in various housing sale websites, the parties are at liberty to do so but it will be done through their advocates on record. The Court Receiver's Report accordingly stands disposed in terms of prayer clause - (b).
