The proposal of the Petitioners is already rejected. The Petitioners have filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority. Same is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that on 1st April 2022 the Appellate Authority has opined there is no urgency in the matter.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.5 and 6 submits that the Appellate Authority is likely to take sitting on 10th June 2022.

Be that as it may, the apprehension of the Petitioners is that if the proposal of the proposed Respondent Nos. 9 and 10 is accepted, then the appeal would become infructuous.

Considering the said aspect, the Appellate Authority shall endeavour to decide the appeal of the Petitioners expeditiously.

The parties may appear before the Appellate Authority on 10th June 2022. The Appellate Authority shall thereafter hear and decide the said appeal expeditiously. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
