On 9th December 2021 we granted interim relief to the Petitioner permitting him to travel overseas and staying the operation of a Look Out Circular or LOC issued against him. That permission was operative until 15th February 2022 and covered UK, Turkey and Hong Kong.

By the present Application, the Applicant who has now returned to India on schedule, seeks an extension of this order from 2nd March 2022

24-OSWP-3338-2021.DOC 1st March 2022 to 30th April 2022. He desires to travel to various destinations in Europe, Africa and North America. This is because the Petitioner has been able to obtain a retainership as a consultant and this retainership requires him to visit various places. 3.

We make the Interim Application absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave and/or extension of time period from 1st March 2022 to 30th April 2022 to the Applicant to travel to Europe, Africa and North America."

This will be on same terms and conditions as 9th December 2021 order. The stay on the LOC in question will continue until 30th April 2022.

The Interim Application is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
