The suit was taken up for final hearing and was heard for some time. After the Court reassembled post lunch, counsel for plaintiffs stated that plaintiffs wish to withdraw the suit unconditionally.

Suit therefore dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of court fees in accordance with Rules.

Should the parties wish, the registry to return the original documents filed by the parties upon the Advocates on record furnishing photo copies thereof and certifying those photo copies as true copies.
