The petitioners would submit the application under Section 44 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 in a proper format with the Corporation within a week's time. In case certain compliances are required to be done, the Corporation shall intimate the same to the petitioners. The Corporation shall deal with the said application and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of the same.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
