Mr.Ramamurthy for plaintiff/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Notice of Motion and states that plaintiff be given liberty to take further steps as available in law. Notice of Motion dismissed as withdrawn.
As regards the liberty, it is for the plaintiff to make out the case, at the time when they take out any further steps, that such reliefs may be granted.

If written statement has not been filed, then written statement shall be declared and copy served upon plaintiff on or before 15.12.2018. Notice of Motion no.672 of 2018 accordingly stands disposed. 3.
Suit be placed for directions on 22.12.2018.
