The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the petition. It is submitted that the grievance of the can be looked into by the High Power Committee. We see considerable force in this submission of the learned counsel. We, therefore, direct the Petitioner to approach the High Power committee by filing application within 4 weeks. If such an application is made, the same may be decided by the High Power Committee, by giving hearing to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within 12 weeks thereafter.
