For the reasons that are assigned for dismissal of Writ Petition No.2762 of 2001 and except some minor details in relation to the licences, date of application and the nature of trade, we find no distinguishing features in these matters. Therefore, decision in Writ Petition No.2762 of 2001 would govern the outcome of these petitions as well. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed and Rule is discharged in all these writ petitions, but with no order as to costs.
