It is submitted that the order dated 19th December, 2011 passed by this Court need to be reviewed because in the said order it is mentioned that after expiry of the original lessee, the lease has come to an end. It is submitted that the said finding is not correct. Secondly, it is submitted that the Petitioners have challenged the Circular which has been issued by the Corporation.

In our view, it is not possible to review the said order

2/2 RPW/36/2013 since according to us there is no error of law apparent on the face of record committed by this Court in the impugned order. In the order, it is not mentioned that the Circular is illegal. Reserving the right of the Petitioner to challenge the said order by filing SLP, Review Petition is dismissed.
