Heard the learned counsel for the applicant In the present proceedings, Writ Petition No.352 of 1999 was disposed of by order dated 18.2.1999. At that time, this court directed Registry to deposit the amount in fixed deposit. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that now Mr.Rajesh B.G.Kamat and Ms.Sudhira Kamat attained majority. Hence, they may be permitted to withdraw the amount lying with the Registry of this court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the order dated 19.2.1999 passed by this court (N.J.Pandya, J.) in Writ Petition No.352 of 1999, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the Judges Order. Hence, same is allowed.
