By the above Chamber Summons, the Petitioner seeks to amend the Petition and proceedings to the extent of substituting the name of the Petitioner from 'Reliance Capital Limited' to 'Reliance Commercial Finance Limited' and to carry out consequential amendments. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a)That the Petitioner be allowed to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons and the consequential ssp 1/2

chs 232 of 2018 .odt amendments to the Petition thereof;"
