This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time limit for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the prayers as made in the petition. It is agreed position at the Bar that the arguments are concluded and the learned sole arbitrator would now be publishing an award. 3.

In the circumstances, time to conclude the arbitral proceedings and pronounce an award is extended upto 31 May 2020 as prayed for. 4.
