The parties have arrived at the settlement of their dispute in Commercial Suit No.55 of 2021. The minutes of order dated 21st March, 2023 which have been signed by the Plaintiff No.1 and Karta of Plaintiff No.3 as well as Plaintiff No.2 and Karta of Plaintiff No.4 and Advocates for the Plaintiffs and by the Defendant through its Director Mr. Thomas Rajan and the Advocates for the Defendant on 1/2

This order is passed in terms of the Minutes of Order. 3.

The undertakings in Paragraph 3, 4 and 5 are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

In view of the undertakings which are to be complied with by 31st March, 2023, the Commercial Suit No.55 of 2021 shall be placed for compliance on 3rd April, 2023.

The Interim Application filed in the Commercial Suit No.55 of 2021 does not survive in view of the Minutes of Order and is accordingly disposed of.

6.

A soft copy of the Minutes of Order will be uploaded as the second order in the matter.

7.

The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Minutes of Order is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. [R.I. CHAGLA J.] 2/2
