The Chamber Summons is filed by the Plaintiffs seeking to add Respondents Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 as Defendants Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the Suit and also for consequential amendments. In the Affidavit in Reply, the Defendants have stated that the Respondents are partners of the Defendant firm.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
