The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the above Arbitration Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings. 2.

The above Arbitration Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. In view of the withdrawal of the above Arbitration Petition, the Court Receiver appointed by this Court pursuant to the order dated 26-05-2017 stands discharged without passing accounts but subject to payment of his costs, charges and expenses within a period of two weeks from the date of such communication by the Court Receiver to the Advocates for the Petitioner.
