The Respondent, Mr. Marzban Dadi Naegamvala, is personally present in Court. He states through Mr. Udaipuri that he does not wish to contest this Miscellaneous Petition. Mr. Naegamvala obtained Letters of Administration dated 26th August 2014.

The Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Letters of Administration granted on 26th August 2014 are forthwith cancelled and set aside. In consequence, Testamentary Petition No. 771 of 2013 is restored to file.

A separate order is passed today in Testamentary Petition No. 771 of 2013 where Mr. Naegamvala is the Petitioner, since he also states that he wishes to withdraw the Petition. (G. S. PATEL, J.)
