By consent of parties, this Chamber Summons to bring the legal heirs of deceased plaintiff No.1 on record and the consequential amendments as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons, is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d) subject to payment of costs of Rs.2 Lacs payable to Defendant No.2 within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the Chamber Summons shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and the suit shall stand abated.
