Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has placed on record the allotment order dated 7.3.2018 indicating therein that the petitioner is being provided transit accommodation at Room No. 9, Shivram Bhavan, Elphinston Road, Mumbai. 3.

3-wpst-658.2018.odt presence of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to take possession of the said room No. 9. He submits that now the petitioner has no grievance and she will vacate the present premises occupied by her within three days from today. 4.

In view of the above, we direct that the requisite procedure be completed by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 in regard to the said allotment and giving possession of room no. 9 to the petitioner by tomorrow.

The petitioner shall vacate the premises presently occupied by her and shall give possession thereof to respondent nos. 1 and 2 within three days from today.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 on instructions submits that the respondent no. 4 has served draft copy of the agreement to the petitioner. The same be executed by the petitioner and respondent no. 4 within three days from today if not already executed.
