The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order passed by the learned arbitrator on 20th January, 2014 along with the final award if the same is adverse against the petitioner. Mr.Naidu, the learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection if such liberty is granted.
