The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :
"(a) The Petitioner Company may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.12,850/- in the office of the Court Receiver within time stipulated, with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
(b) That the cost of an incidental to this report be fixed at Rs.3,000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver.

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs shall be paid by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
