These are three different Suits. Interim Applications have been taken out in two of these suits. The Interim Applications seek impleadment of legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff (Plaintiff No.1 in Commercial Summary Suit No.2431 of 2010, who is also the sole plaintiff in Commercial Summary Suit No.34 of 2010). Both Interim Applications have been duly served on the Defendants. There is no reply on the part of the Defendants. The Defendants also do not appear to show cause. In the premises, Interim Application (L) No.5124 of 2021 in Commercial Summary Suit No.34 of 2010 and Interim Application No.784 of 2021 in Suit No.2431 of 2010 are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) thereof. Amendments to be carried out within two weeks from today. The Commercial Summary Suits along with Suit No.2431 of 2010 to appear on board for directions on 26 April 2021. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
