This for the reason that the tax effect involved in this appeal is less than the threshold limit prescribed in CBDT Circular No.3/2018 dated 11th July, 2018 and revised Circular No.17/2019, dated 8th August, 2019. 2.

In the above view, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court fees as per rules.
