By this petition filed under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner has impugned the arbitral award dated 22nd November, 2011 passed by the arbitral tribunal directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,11,897.23 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 6th April, 2011 till the date of payment. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the facts of this matter are identical with the facts in Arbitration Petition No.652 of 2012. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded by this court in Arbitration Petition No.652 of 2012 arbitration petition is made absolute in terms of prayer (a). Impugned award dated 22nd November, 2011 is set aside.
