Considered the Official Liquidator's Report. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a), (c) and (d). 2.

As regards prayer clause-(b) is concerned, this Court's experience is once reserve price is indicated a cartel is formed to bring down the price. Notice to be issued without indicating reserve price. Parties are at liberty to inspect and make offer. EMD will be 50% of the offer.
