Further to the order dated 22nd June 2023, and in view of statement made by Mr. Tamboly that representation has been filed before Respondent No.1, pursuant to order dated 14th March 2022 and that representation is under consideration, petition is disposed. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.

If petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed in the Show Cause Notice referred to in prayer clause (a) or in response to the representation filed by petitioner, petitioner may take such steps as adviced in accordance with law. It is also open to petitioner to raise the grounds raised in this petition to be raised in the petition to be filed. Purti Parab

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.

12 weeks time to dispose the representation as recorded in the order dated 14th March 2022 expired more than a year ago. Therefore, purely by way of indulgence we give time till 31st July 2023 to dispose the representation.
