1.
These Consent Terms are tendered by the plaintiff and the defendants.
2.
I heard the plaintiff, defendants as well as the respective learned Counsel appearing for the parties. I have also ascertained the genuineness 1 / 2
Chitra Sonawane 3-S-694-2018.doc and truthfulness of the recitals of the Consent Terms from the parties. Consent Terms are signed by the respective parties as well as the Counsel (plaintiff Inderjeet Singh Anand being illiterate has put his left hand' s thumb impression, duly attested.) 3.
Since I was unable to clearly understand Punjabi language being spoken by the plaintiff, the learned Advocate Raspal Singh Renu, upon request of this Court has been kind enough to accede to the request to have a conversation with the plaintiff in Punjabi, in ascertaining whether the Consent Terms have been drawn after confirming truthfulness of the same. The parties are no more at loggerheads and want to buy peace. 4.
Having ascertained the genuineness and truthfulness of the recitals of the Consent Terms from the parties, they are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
5.
Thus, in light of the Consent Terms, nothing survives in the Suit and it, therefore, stands disposed of.
6.
In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. 7.
Court fees be refunded to the plaintiff as per Rules. 8.
A decree in terms of compromise be drawn.
9.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. (PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN,J.) 2 / 2
