Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. 2.

By this report, the official liquidator is seeking appropriate directions for sale of three vehicles belonging to the company in liquidation.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that an exercise of sale sought to be undertaken as per order dated 17.08.2023 did not result in any offers and therefore, the present exercise is required to be undertaken.

The official liquidator is also praying for fixing EMD in respect of the three vehicles.
