Although it is the submission of the applicant-original respondent no.8 that there is complete compliance on his part with the directions issued by this court on 27 th July 2021, it appears to us that the truth of the matter is somewhat different.

applicant and other respondents with the directions issued by this court on 27 th July 2021. If that be so, this application cannot be allowed. 3.

The interim application stands rejected.
