Further to the order dated 15th June 2018, the counsel for petitioner states that the proposed withdrawal of the petition has been advertised and relies on an affidavit of one Praful B. Chavan affirmed on 28th June 2018. Shri. Chakravarty states that petitioner's advocates have not received any claim or objection from any party following the advertisement. Statement accepted.

In view of the above and in view of the fact that petitioner's claim has been settled, the order dated 3rd May 2018 is recalled. Petition stands disposed accordingly.
