Under Clause 5(b) of the Consent Terms, the Contempt Petition No. 21 of 2022 in Commercial Suit No. 297 of 2017 filed by the original Plaintiff against Defendants through Directors and representative was to be withdrawn as per agreement between the parties.

In view thereof, learned Advocate appearing for the original Plaintiff has sought leave to withdraw Commercial Contempt Petition No. 21 of 2021 in terms of the Consent Terms dated 19th January 2023.

Accordingly, Commercial Contempt Petition No. 21 of 2021 in Commercial Suit No. 297 of 2017 is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Consent Terms have accordingly been complied with by the original Plaintiff.
