The Petitioners challenge an order passed by Central Administrative Tribunal (`Tribunal') in Original Application No.368 of 2012, dated 12 October 2012. The Respondent herein had challenged an office order dated 97 of 2012 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Finance of 7 June 2012 transferring the Respondent and others. The Tribunal allowed the Original Application No.368 of 2012 filed by the Respondent herein. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the Respondent got superannuated prior to two years back. The petition, therefore, has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for Union Government submits that after filing of present petition, the Respondent got superannuated. So appropriate orders be passed.
