By an order dated 23 August 2017, this Court had proposed to appoint Mr. Phiroze S. Colabawala, Advocate as an Arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties being subject matter of the present proceedings. Awaiting disclosure of the learned proposed Arbitrator, this petition was adjourned for today. A disclosure as per the requirement under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) and 29(A)(1) of the Arbitration Act has been placed on record by Mr. Phiroze S. Colabawala, Advocate. The petition is therefore required to be disposed of by appointing Mr. Phiroze S.
