S ORDER:

62. TP/1595/2022 P. C. : Ms. Neha Kodape i/b Tayabji Dayabhai Advocate for the Petitioner 1.Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the Judges' order is supposed to be obtained for discharge the surety, upon compliance by the petitioner in terms of the order and administration bond. She submitted that inventory has been filed with the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. However, it is not proceeded further or accepted.

2.I have gone through the condition of the administration Bond. It appears that upon acceptance of inventory surety get discharged from the undertaking.

Hence, the petitioner to take steps to accept the inventory, as per the Rules.

3.Hence, if inventory is accepted, then suety will get discharge. Hence, no purpose will remain to get the Judge's Order in this regard. Hence, petition is removed from the board, with liberty to Ld. Advocate to list the matter in future for directions, if required.
