That apart from perusal of the Petition it is seen that consent of Mr. James Salins whose names appears at Sr. No.3 in paragraph No.6 of the Petition will have to be filed or in the alternative Affidavit of service in respect of service of the Petition will have to be filed. 4.

In that view of the matter, Registry / Department is directed to proceed with grant of probate in the present Petition in accordance with law.
